WW2 Edged Weapons & Knives
A really neat looking double edged fighting knife in a M8A1 scabbard. Possibly made in a shop on board a ship or in a maintenance company. The tip has been broken off, but could very easily re-pointed. Just a great look and feels good in your hand. The handle is stamped with the name, "V C Merryman"
A nice example of a British Navy knife with marlin spike, cutting blade and can opener. The knife is marked on the can opener blade with the broad arrow mark, SSP and is dated 1942. These were sometimes carried by our soldiers as they were a very useful knife to have. Used condition as it saw service.
