Have five vintage chewing gum packs (may or may not have gum inside) as found in many of the survival and life raft kits. Chewing gum would keep your mouth moist so to not need to drink large amounts of water. The hard candies were used for the same effect. They are sold at $10 a pack, or take all five for $45.

As found in escape and evasion kits, but this is the first one I've seen with a 1944 date on it. The packaging is slightly different with the colors than the 1940 dated ones. These Charms have Vitamin C added to them.

Found two more packs of Charms Candies as found in many of the survival and lifeboat kits. Have a little staining, but both are in unopened condition. They are $75 each, or both for $140.

I have several types of food heating sources, such as wood alcohol (4 cans) and heating tablets (2 cans). These are in unused condition and are sold at $5 each, or take all six for $25.

1940's Marble's match safe with bail. Nickel plated brass and measures approx. 2 3/4" long. Favorite with pilots and aircrew members.

Nice battery powered locator light, marked US "ACCUR. ELX.", Elyria, Oh. and in working condition.

A beautiful, near mint C-1 Survival Vest by "Breslee Mfg. Co." and looks to be unissued. The holster was removed.

Have four of these hat, NOS in their original packs with instruction papers. One is made by "Strato Equipment Company" while the other three are made by "Winget Kickemick Company". The bags may have a few tears, but the masks are mint. Nice survival item for Naval Air Crews. Take two packs for $75, or all four for $280.

A near mint, unopened tin of Sunburn Preventive Preparation Cream Paste as found in survival and medical kits.

A nice example of the 37mm M8 Flare Pistol that was carried on many of the Bomber and Transport planes of the AAF. The gun is marked, "M S.W.C., U S Property, Pistol PyrotechnicM8" all within a triangle. Used and working condition, with a hard to find leather holster, marked with an ink stamp, "Made in Canada".

In near mint condition, a survival map of Manila, compiled by RAAF Cartographic Section, September 1944. Measures approx. 17" by 36".

WW2 Pilot/Aircrew life saving air bladder for ditching in water. To be used in conjunction with life vest, or by itself. Very supple and should still hold ai. Have two of these at $50 each, or both for $90.

Looks to be complete and in very nice condition.

Made in England, The Acme Thunderer was worn on flight jackets, survival vests and life vests by British Commonwealth and AAF personal. This one is marked by the British Air Ministry. These are getting very tough to find!

Great looking kit from WW2, complete and unopened. Ink stamp dated 1962 on the bottom, as it was reissued for Vietnam.

A neat find from a B-24 Gunner with the 15th AAF. His 1930's metal Scout whistle with compass that he carried all through WW2. Lucky him, as he never had to use it! Never saw one of these before!!

A nice ESM/1 survival mirror with a real neat case/pouch made by the American Red Cross of Palm Beach County, Florida.

A great source of energy when mixed with water and drank. Even better when you could heat the water. Two rolls for one money. I have several sets of two at $35 a set.

I just found several of these mint, unopened candies and they are all dated 1940. These are some of the hardest items to find, for finishing off those Survival Kit displays. They are being sold at $75 each. Buy them when you can find them!!

A great looking bakelite match safe with matches and a compass in the lid. Slightly different than others I've seen. The compass still works, but the top of the compass is hard to read.
