WW2 Miscellaneous

Here is a 1943 made Type K-20 Aircraft Camera, SN 43-4273 with it's original fitted case marked to the USS Shangri-La CV-38. It also has 3 rolls of film, two colored filters and a couple photo's of the ship. Everything looks to still be in working condition but have not been tested. The camera was made by, "The Folmer Graflez Corporation of Rochester, N.Y. There is a decal on the camera with a 1967 date as this would have also been used while the ship was deployed during the Vietnam War The Shangri-La was commissioned in 1944 and saw action in the Pacific towards the end of the war. It saw service during Korea and then into the Vietnam War, it was decommissioned in 1971 and was sold for scrap in 1988.

Not military and not from Germany, but a large glass bottle for Swastika Brand Grain Alcohol which has a thin brass tag on the front and the name "Swastika" embossed on the lower front of the bottle. It is one gallon and measures 11" high by 6 1/2" in diameter. There are embossed pint measurements on the one side that total 8 pints. Just a neat looking bottle.

A super neat looking armband measuring approx. 4 1/2" wide by 10" long, embroidered on cloth with a cheesecloth backing and what appears to be a place to put ID, or papers on the reverse. It is missing the elastic strap and has a couple of small pieces of Velcro sewn on. Obviously done after the war. The POGY had a pretty good war history with 16 Japanese ships sunk between April 1, 1943 and August 5, 1945. First one of these armbands I've ever seen. Overall in great shape.

I have a small number of recovered Lucky Cigarette packs in both green and white. The green packs were pre-1942 and the white packs came out in 1942 and were available for years. These packs have NO Cigarette's in them, just the pack, as it makes a great visual at a fraction of the cost of a full pack. I have three packs that were torn open at the top and will sell all three of them for $10. All other packs are $35 each , or two for $65.

I have a number of vintage cigarette packs that have been recovered and contain NO Cigarettes. It is just the pack and they look fantastic in a static, or foot locker display. They are priced at $15 each, or two for $25. A lot cheaper than spending $80 plus dollars on a single full pack. Email for brand availability, as I only have a limited number of these packs.

Have two of these tan canvas postal bags for mail going to relatives of US Japanese Americans still in Japan. One is marked "Japanese Mail" 93 on the front with the sign for Postal Service and is in near mint condition. The other bag was used, has some holes that were repaired, front says the same and on the back says, "Tokyo" 70. These bags measure 27" wide and 40" long. They are sold at $70 each, or take both for $125.

I have three "Framburg" recognition ID spotter models in beautiful condition. Framburg Co. was out of Chicago, Ill. The first is a rare British Carden Loyd Carrier, it measures approx. 4 1/2" by 2 3/8" by 1 5/8". Second is a US T-17 Armor Car, it measures approx. 5 1/2" by 2 3/4" by 2 1/4" with a movable turret. Third is a General Sherman Tank, it measures approx. 6 1/2" by 3" by 3'. It has movable wheels underneath, the turret is stationary and the barrel was replaced with a wood dowel, but a perfect match! They are sold a $100 each, or take all three for $275.
