A great looking brass buckle for the enlisted men serving at the Haitian Constabulary from 1916 to 1920. These men were protecting US interests in Haiti during this period. It is marked with an "HB" on the reverse. A rather tough USMC item to find and in excellent condition.

Possibly a car pennant, constructed of cloth, measures 14 1/2' by 9 " with the tip of the red swallow tail missing a small part. Comes with a Transportation Hat Cord, both are great looking items.
